  • Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the wine must be unopened and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns on bottles that have been opened or consumed for health and safety reasons.   • Return Shipping Costs: For valid returns—such as damaged or incorrect items—XXL Wine will cover the return shipping costs. We’ll provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label to make the process as easy as possible. Simply pack the wine in its original packaging, affix the return label, and send it back to us.

  • Refund Processing: Once we’ve received the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid via credit card, your bank may take additional time to process the refund, but we will notify you once the refund has been completed on our end.
